Late rally keys ABH win over Darlington

Argyle/Blackhawk softball broke a 3-3 tie with four runs in the bottom of the sixth to take down Darlington 7-3 in a non-conference game Tuesday.

ABH jumped into the lead in the bottom of the sixth when Kylie Butler singled to score two runs, Adrionna Ubersox grounded out, scoring one run, and Clare Holmes singled, scoring one run.

Brynn Harris earned the win for ABH. The starter gave up five hits and three runs over seven innings, striking out four and walking five.

Ubersox and Holmes were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for ABH. Butler and Holmes each drove in two runs for ABH. Harris led ABH with two walks.

Brianna Wilhelmson and Holmes each stole multiple bases for ABH.

Next up fo ABH is a game at Monticello on Friday.
