Green County Sheriff’s Department Activity

April 11 7:52 p.m. Deputies responded to the W8600 block of Smock Valley Road, in the Town of Jordan, for a reported vehicle in the ditch. The investigation found that Jeremy J. Sheppard, 51, of Argyle, was traveling westbound when he drove off the roadway and into the ditch. The investigation resulted in Sheppard being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and cited for Failure to Maintain Control of Vehicle. Sheppard was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court or the posting of his bond.
