Officers arrested Orlando Jose Fernandez, 43, of Blanchardville, following a report of a driver slumped over the wheel of a vehicle in traffic at a stop sign in the 1600 block of 9th Avenue. Fernandez was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense and also cited for operating without a valid driver’s license and improper stopping in an intersection. Fernandez was confined in the Green County Jail pending release to a responsible adult or the passage of 12 hours.
April 10 2:57 a.m.
Officers arrested Patrick J. Allen, 33, of Argyle, following a traffic offense stop in the 500 block of 8th Avenue. Allen was cited for operating a motor vehicle after revocation-due to alcohol and nonregistration of a vehicle. Allen was also arrested on a hold from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole. Allen was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
