Pecatonica’s softball team matched Belmont with 13 hits but the Braves won the run battle 13-3 in Six Rivers softball Friday.
Brooklyn Johnsrud tripled as she went 2s3 with an rbi. Lila Schlimgen went 2×3, knocking in a run. Cayla Doescher plated the third run with a 3×4 day at the plate.
Broklyn Muench was 2×3, Katelynne Jorenby 2×4, Kiaya York 1×4 and Leaha Doescher 1×2.
Emily Reuter homered for the Braves and Lexi Riechers doubled.
