As government-incentivized energy projects and data centers continue to expand, we invite you to join us in a non-partisan effort to ensure that projects receiving federal and state funding include meaningful disclosure and requirements for community involvement, especially for rural areas of America that are under threat. Our goal is straightforward: No community should wake up one day to discover that a decision affecting their farmland, livelihood, water, infrastructure, well-being, and future has been made without their real and legal opportunity to understand and participate in the process. Community members deserve a voice! We need laws and legal representation that ensure projects receiving federal and state support involve full disclosure and undergo community and environmental reviews. It’s time to give a voice to the Americans who have been growing food for generations. Together, we must unite to protect our natural resources and irreplaceable farmland for future generations.
