The Martinson American Legion Post 510 of Hollandale welcomed everyone to Hollandale after the parade down Main Street.

The Argyle American Legion 251 recently requested a name change. They will still be referred to as Argyle Post 251, but the true name is now Larson-Mason-Monson-Penniston Post 251. During their Memorial Day service, they held a dedication of the name change. The post is so named after Corporal Herman F. Larson, Specialist 4 Dennis R. Mason, Sergeant Phillip D. Monson. and Private First Class Howard E. Penniston. They also honored the EMT of the Year, Firefighter of the Year, Elementary Educator of the Year and High School Educator of the Year.
