Jakub E. Anderson, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lafayette County Coroner’s Office. Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office dispatch center received a 911 call reporting a vehicle crash involving a milk truck in the 5000 block of STH 81 around 11:56 a.m. The investigation revealed that at approximately 5:30 a.m. the 2012 Peterbilt Quad Axle Milk Truck driven by Anderson was traveling westbound on STH 81 when the truck left the roadway on the north side of the road.
