Argyle/Black Hawk made the most of eight hits, 12 Belleville walks and five errors to knock off the Wildcats 20-9 in a non-conference game Thursday.

An example of how ABH scored their runs was Brinley Meinert who walked and scored three times in five plate appearances. She also singled and drove in two runs.

ABH struck in the top of the first inning after Kylie Butler singled to center field, Meinert singled down the right field line, and Adrionna Ubersox doubled to center field to plate three runs.

Belleville then put up four runs to take a short lived lead.

Butler singled to left field for Argyle to tie the game at four in the top of the third.

But the Wildcats answered and took a 7-4 lead.

ABH took the lead in the top of the fifth inning after Sam Kammes doubled down the left field line, Belleville committed an error before Ubersox singled to left field and two runs were added.

ABH scored 10 runs on one hit in the top of the sixth inning. A dropped third strike scored one run, Meinert drew a walk, scoring one run, Alexis Tregembo drew a walk, scoring one run, Brynne Harris was hit by a pitch, driving in a run, Macy Harris drew a walk, scoring one run, Brianna Wilhelmson tripled, scoring three runs, and an error scored two runs.

Brynne Harris earned the win for ABH. She gave the Wildcts eight hits and nine runs (two earned) over seven innings, striking out eight and walking six.

Wilhelmson led ABH with three runs batted in. The leadoff hitter went 1-for-4 on the day. Ubersox and Butler each collected two hits.

ABH stole 12 bases in the game.
