Pecatonica pounded out 10 hits and got a strong pitching performance from Reid Schlimgen to beat Potosi/Cassville 8-4 in Six Rivers play Friday.
Pecatonica first got on the board in the second when Reed Cassidy singled driving in two runs. Cassidy finished the game going 3×3
The Vikings added to their early lead in the top of the third inning scoring on a passed ball, and on a walk to Kale Hendrickson. They scored three in the second, two in the third and three in the sixth.
